A drawing of a very important scene in ToD of when Kaito meets Constelia Starprayer, the oracle. I think this is definitely the best drawig I have done so far and am very proud with how it came out.

As you can see, Stellie got quite the redesign here. She doesn't wear all of her extravagant jewelry and cloak all the time, but her superiors prefer she does whenever she is out so the commoners can know her importance. And, in case the eyes don't give it away, Stellie is actually blind (she can see people's auras though and the spirit realm, but that's a different story), which is a big reason why they don't like her going out despite her love of travel. In order to gain some more freedom, she has accepted the idea of having a couple guards (one of which poisondragon88 made). Oracles are very important in the society of Draconis, as they are the only known dragons to be able to speak with Custos. And as of this time on Draconis, Stellie is the only known oracle, making her quite the target.

Anyways, about the scene. Kaito has recently come to the spirit kingdom in search of a talented spirit dragon to help with taking down Nightfall. After he has finished his search and is about to leave, he hears a soft voice say his name. He turns around, surprised at the rather frail looking dragoness approaching him. He's even more surprised though when she tells him she has a message for him of dire importance... from Custos himself. What could this message be, though?
