i think this was the sun i used in my grass scene but here ive played around some more in the compositing with blenderfeesback/comments appreciated

Sorry can't really answer that. I've completely forgotten how I did this but, Atleast I don't think it's a halo. I believe it's just a white circle that I used as a sun in another scene but then somehow I've did something in the compositing, probably failed but then I thought it looked cool so I saved it and mooved on with the original scene. That's probably why I can't find the blend file either
