here she is!!! the lovechild of my two fandoms (BnHA & OW). i've gone full trash ;w;her kit are basically mercy and zen inspired, but i'll put out the full story of her quirk progressively as her quirk plays a big role in her character building
therefore she is the epitome of why you should focus on killing the healers c:

Arisa at a glance gives off an air of elegance, her figure always moves and does everything with the utmost grace, as expected from a child of a well known lineage. She is very quiet, and almost rather cold if you approach her, since her replies seems short and unenthusiastic. However, that is completely unintentional as she is just very bad at socialising with new people, and both her awkwardness and shyness kind of get in the way most of the time.
If you could get past her initial awkwardness, she will slowly open up to you, and her kind and gentle side will be more obvious. All in all, due to her sheltered upbringing, she is quite naive, and innocent with the way she views the world. The only time she will break away from her passive, quiet self is when she's protecting those precious to her. She can be unexpectedly threatening despite her small frame.
✢ H I S T O R Y ✢
Born to a quirk marriage, the Tenshouin family line has always been known to birth some of the most exceptional pro heroes with healing quirks. Arashi Tenshouin himself is one of the pride of Tenshouin family, a pro hero who heals people by sacrificing his own energy. Arashi initially wanted to marry Yuuka (Shion's mother) for her quirk, but she declined him as she was in love with someone else. Arashi ended up marrying Yuuka's sister Yui, whos quirk was the exact opposite of his, which is draining her opponents' life force. However it doesn't have any healing capabilities, unlike her sister's. Their first child, Taka was born 7 years before Arisa, and when his quirk manifested, it was apparent it doesn't fulfill the Tenshouin standards, disappointing his father. Then, Arisa was born, and when she finally exhibited her quirk at the age of 3, her quirk was quickly regarded as the masterpiece of the Tenshouin family. The public information about her quirk only discloses that she is capable of very powerful burst healing. She was given extra care and attention from his father, she is home schooled until middle school, and wasn't allowed to associate with other kids than the ones approved by her father. Her brother, Taka is considered a failure in her father's eyes, and seeing how her father treated him scares Risa. Due to this suffocating and high pressured upbringing, Risa ended up being subservient and insecure about her own abilities, terrified of disappointing her father. Risa's mother was initially against how her father was treating the children only based on their quirks, however she gave up after years of being ignored by her husband's family. Risa's cousins, Shion and Shiina were her first friends during childhood. The twins and their mother, Risa's aunt, would often travel to Tokyo to see Risa and Yui to check on them. Their closeness was what made it worse when words of Shiina's death reached Arisa. After this event, they hardly ever came to visit Tokyo again, and it made Risa extremely protective of Shion whenever they do meet. Besides Shion, she is also very protective of her brother Taka despite him being the elder.
At the age of 15, she was enrolled into UA, accordingly to the Tenshouins' traditions. She entered with recommendation, and although she doesn't acquire much of villain points, she scored very high in rescue. She got placed into 1-A where she got overwhelmed by the presence of all the other students, but after a while she managed to settle down and feel at home at UA.
✢ R E L A T I O N S H I P ✢
- Arashi Tenshouin | Father | Heaven's Mercy | Pro Hero | Despite being the father, their relationship is very strained and formal, making it almost seem like a business relation instead of familial. Risa doesn't hate him, but she is highly cautious about what she says around him, as to not anger him.
- Yui Tenshouin | Mother | Vitality Drain | Housewife | Yui loves her children a lot but tends to not show it as it might just get the children in trouble with their father.
- Taka Tenshouin | Elder brother | Paralyse | Pro Hero / Hero course teacher | Risa is very clingy to Taka, and he does love his sister a lot, but Taka tries to keep a distance for Arisa's own good. Their father does not approve of their closeness, as he is deemed to not be worthy of being a Tenshouin.
- Shion Koujiro | Cousin | Vampire Bat | Student (Shiketsu) | Risa spoils and protect Shion overbearingly, especially since Shiina's death, and also that the young Shion Risa remembered was a timid, weak little child.
- Ryota Minamoto | Classmate | Axolotl | Student (UA) | They had a hard time communicating at first, both being easily flustered around each other, but they got over it and can relate to each other quite well, and now there's hardly a trace of the initial awkwardness, Risa trusts Ryota as one of her close friends.

Canon Characters:
- Eijiro Kirishima | Close friend | Kirishima's one of the first classmate she approached. His open and gentle nature makes Risa feel comfortable with him.
- Izuku Midoriya | Friend | Hardly talks to each other at first, but after seeing Izuku's injuries all the time, she broke the ice by offering to heal him, and they became friends from that point.
- Bakugou Katsuki | Acquaintance | Bakugou is one of the only classmates Arisa finds herself almost impossible to get close to, and she just gets too scared of him every time she tries to talk to him.
- Tsuyu Asui | Friend | She finds Tsuyu a very rational and calming presence to be around.
- Todoroki Shoto | Close friend | Despite both of them being quite 'cold' to each other at first, they discovered how they have so many similarities and ended up being close.
- Yaoyorozu Momo | Close friend | They both have high intellects and quite a similar background, so they were fast friends.
- Ochako Uraraka | Friend | She found Uraraka quite intimidating at first, being one of the more outgoing person in class.
✢ M I S C E L L A N E O U S ✢
- Her name has the character for 理 which means 'Justice' or 'Truth', and also 天, which has the meaning of 'Heaven'. She is thematically an 'Angel'.
- While not very proficient at fighting, Risa is trained in fencing for self defense, thus she wields a scythe in her hero attire (plus scythe gives a boost to intimidation).
- She equips a floater device on her boot which gives her a boost of speed to reach injured allies, also the extra maneuverability enables her to dodge more incoming attacks.
- The wings on her head has no relation to her quirk, it's just a trait she inherited from her father's family side. It can move accordingly to her emotions, and also glows when channeling her power.
- Her belt is lined with smoke bombs to help her make an escape unwanted encounters.
- Like Shion, she has red pupils. Her eyes are a grayish-purple colour otherwise.
- Arashi Tenshouin is a very shrewd and charismatic man in the eye of the public, which makes it hard for Risa and Taka to go against his words.
- Bad at hiding her emotions and lying, as she gets flustered really easily.
- Taka's quirk 'Paralyse' is an emitter type, a variant of their mother's quirk, except instead of draining, it suppresses the opponent's vitality, rendering them motionless. Can be used on multiple opponents at once.
- Tenshouin is borrowed from Ensemble Star's Eichi Tenshouin, aka my bae ♥
she's actually recycled from my yuga-academy OC , but unfortunately I didn't get to use her as I was busy during the period I applied to the group ;w;
thus I reused her as a BnHA oc, and I kept most of her personality trait and appearance relatively the same, but i made her hair way poofier cause poofy long hair is my aesthetic >:')
Extra things to note:
>Her scythe design and generally her whole hero outfit might still go on a full revamp. Not 100% happy with how it turns out.

You know what would be epic? If she drained her enemies energy just as her mother, and healed people using that energy. Otherwise she is able to use it on herself to heal people normally.
