Description
Here is a picture that I did of Raphael from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" as an astronaut in a spacesuit while exploring the depths of outer space. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I decided to take the opportunity to work on a picture that I would be able to post as part of a weekly theme known as #TurtleTuesday (or #TMNTTuesday , which also works), and I was in the mood for wanting to draw a picture of Raphael that is based on the original Playmates action figure known as 'Raph The Space Cadet', which was released as part of the "Disguised Turtles" series of TMNT action figures during the early 1990s, and I was motivated to draw pictures featuring all four Ninja Turtles based on the toys from my childhood in my original cartoon style, especially since Raph The Space Cadet also happens to be one of the action figures that I owned when I was just a few years old. Anyway, for this picture I've done, I was able to draw Raphael doing some outer space exploration while wearing a high-tech spacesuit, which is mostly based on the original design of the Playmates action figure with some parts of the design being simplified to make it easier for me to draw. When I was coloring the picture in, I was to use an image of an outer space setting for the background. The picture turned out really nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
