Even though you'll never see this. I wanted to write everything out. I love seeing you smile. You light voice always makes me happy. So when you were unhappy for one day it made me worry. But I got you to smile. I got to make you happy even in the littlest bit.

Most people say your too young for me or it'll never last. I still want to try it at least. I want to ask you out but... if I do.. will it change everything? Who knows.

I drop my pen and look out the window. The girl I like will never read this. My friends told me to write when I needed to and that's what i did. It was a way to let everything out for me. Even if I wouldn't say it directly.

As I sighed I herd the bell ring for last period. I had it with her. A plain old study hall. We'd laugh and I'd see her smile. Then we would go our separate ways until the next day.

I set my books on the table and waited until she gets there, so I continue writing.

Feel free to shoot down my feelings. I'd still love to see that smile of yours. I want to see you happy I want to hear your soft and gentle voice.

I almost jumped when you wrap your arms around me. I tuck the paper away hoping you didn't read what I had written.

"What's that?"
"Nothing." I almost scream.
You chuckled and opened my binder grabbing the paper.

I try to cover my face. Try to change the subject. Try to steal the paper back. Nothing worked.

"Who's this about?" you ask.
"No one special. Just something I put on paper." I lied right through my teeth.

She looked over at me and I turned away. We didn't talk much after that. She started to do her homework and so did I. She kept the paper with her the whole time.

Class was over quickly. I take my time at my locker but when I finally closed it I saw her standing down the hall. Just standing there. She held a paper in her hand. She was reading it. It must have been mine. She must have figured out who it was about.

I walked down and she smiled at me.

"Are you free today?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"Wanna go to the park?"
"Sure. You mind if we go to the store?"
"Yeah."
We smiled and walked next to one another. But then I got the courage to do something. I reached over and held her hand. My face was warm and I was nervous but her smile never left. It might have even grew.
