okay, here's my first DECENT looking stranger, so I decided to post him. It took me over 10 hours, so, yeah. it was a pain. X3 he's from the best game ever, Oddworld: Stranger's wrath. I can go on talking about it, but I decided not to torment you guys. lol. but, here it is!!
constructive critiques only plz, no flaming! if anyone woudl like to color him, I can post up the lineart. ^^

The thing about Stranger that took me off guard is the fact that he's a Steef.

lol, but he's not a brute, he's a steef from oddworld. X3 but yeah, I can agree with you! I hate brutes, and I hate monkeys. x,x and my hate for brutes started with evil monkeys, and they are ANNOYING!! lol X3

ah, i see. but you have to admit, there are some striking similarities between the steefs and the jiralhanae. the ape-like nostrils is a good one to start with. evil monkeys you say? well then, hand me my shotgun, and a handful of bannanas, because we're going monkey hunting! starting with those damn dity hammer wielding apes.

yeah. I can understand. ^^ I don't know what creature(s) he's based off of, but the official artwork makes him have the face of a lion, which I couldn't capture, but I posted it anyways since it's my first stranger that actually similar! xD

i don't either, but it sounds to me that this guy was around long before halo, so either bungie got the rights to use his image (to an extent, of course) orsomehow the two universes intersect at some point.

no, because he actually has 4 legs and two arms. ant-online.co.uk/Blog/wp-conte⦠and no, oddworld and halo are no were near connected. but stranger's and a brutes are different. in the halo 2, the brutes are just like apes, slowish lumbering giants, while stranger can run on hands and feet as easily as a dog would, yet 5x faster (he can run as fast as a cheeta, or faster) stranger has two ears on the top of his head, and he has 5 fingers. he has hooves instead of fat pudgy feet. and he has a different nose. his nose is more like a cats than a brutes. but their facial features are simular ^^
