Description
The Tarantella is a traditional dance characterised by the rapid whirling of couples. Dancing the tarantella alone is said to be unlucky, and thus it is always a couples dance, involving either a man and a woman, or two women. The tarantella is a circle dance, performed clockwise until the music in the set changes to become faster, after which everyone changes direction. This cycle occurs several times, eventually becoming so fast that it is very difficult to keep up with the beat. The dance ends with the exhaustion of the dancers.UltraFractal 4.04

Beautiful, a very original take on the topic. I love it that you did it with fractals. This happens to coincide with my studies on 2 planes, the first being a lecture on fractals that was last week, the 2nd: I have just finished writing a paper on the tarantella for a school project and I would like to ask for your permission to include this picture as an illustration of the essence of both the tarantella and the fractal topic. I will not use or store the image in any other way, and this is certainly not related to ANY kind of commercial use whatsoever. Please let me know what you think.

It's pretty and gold and shiny and I absolutely love it. The white shines remind me of birds, and again I like how you don't put any of the spirals in the center of the picture. It's also like the "people" dancing are radiating mass amounts of energy, and they're all really happy...
Very beautiful.
