And here's the movey one like all the others. XD

I think I had the most fun animating this one. Mostly because it was just a really cute idea. Thankfully, Tempest has these whiskers on his muzzle, and it made for an interesting idea to make them twitch like a cat's would. It's also good because it diversifies the icons so you're not always seeing the standard blinking ones! But boy was it a pain to go in an extract the whiskers from the main layer. I gotta remember to keep stuff I wanna animate on separate layers! Hope you all enjoy.
