Megaman Robot Master OC : DSN.030 Wet Man
He is a robot created by Dr. Sorasumi looking at the humidifier and thinking.
He plays a role of a humidifier just by the presence of water, so it is not much to leave the base.
He will remove the container attached to his head in the summer and will not come out much from the room.
Special Weapon: Steam injection
It injects steam vigorously and hits the enemy against the wall or drops it in the hole.
