MistressTerrible asked when I was re-opening my redesign commissions about two months ago (yeah, I know) and I decided to take it upon myself to do it as a request from a friend.
Since Rooter has technology-related powers, I felt like her outfit should be a bit more reminiscent of that. (Probably inspired a bit by what you'd find at Kord Industries, because there's no way any technopathic sidekick of BOOSTER GOLD will never at least look at Ted Kord.) Mistress also said something about giving Rooter prosthetic legs, which I automatically interpreted to be bionic ones, so that's why there's a hint of segments on ALL the limbs. (It's up to interpretation whether they're armor or just part of the fabric.)
The ref she provided also provided brown hair for Rooter, which I put in a ponytail.

I had to ask for help with what to say because I was so awestruck that I couldn't words. Zinniia said emotes should get it across.
And now that's out the way. Thank you SO much. I mean, I knew if you got around to it that she'd look great but I honestly didn't think she'd look this scale of WOW! Honestly, this knocked my socks off. I love the way you did it and you were spot on with the bionic legs. I was thinking like Astro Boy's legs where they can turn into rockets and withstand more. I love the costume. It maintains Booster Gold-ness and it also looks great for their line of work. Also, yeah, she likes Ted. Unfortunately, when Ted is gone and Jaime comes around, Rooter actually dislikes Jaime because she feels threatened by him as if Booster would take him on as a sidekick.
I'm not sure I wrote something there that makes a lotta sense. This made me so very happy and I can now bring out her new info and stuff. Ahhhhhh! Thank you thank you thank you thank you!

ROOTER IS A BAE AND I WAS HAPPY TO REDESIGN HER. But aaaaaa~ ;A; I was a bit iffy on a few details here and there with her, but I'm so happy you like how it turned out, so, so happy!!
