Description
I wanted to draw something Metroid related in the honor of Metroid Dread being a fantastic return for the series, and LobsterHero gave me some more inspiration by making this video review: youtu.be/8_H4c9SVn4E
The battle against Kraid is really cool, and Samus is even more awesome in that scene, so I decided to pay tribute to it. 
The painting is done traditionally by using black bottle ink and brush - I added the shadows digitally.
