for the nerds who don't want to watch it, ill repost from the last concept that explains the whole gimmick of the main monsters of the creepypasta
She's a vessel being inhabited by a parasite that basically makes her who she is. Her body is nothing more than a container for what's inside. She can contort her original organs in ways that shouldn't be possible (yes, she can flip herself inside out). The long wiry tendrils with scorpion-like barbs at the end were constructed from her old spine when the parasite first took over. She can construct more from other organs if she feels necessary to do so but it would take up a lot of resources and would take a lot of time to revert the organs back to how they used to be. Because of this she can't really "retract" the tendrils, just slowly begin to piece them back into a spine (or the original organ they were as stated previous) TL;DR: sexy parasite inhabiting a human can make her do horrifying things with her body
