this is simply gorgeous! i dont have a problem with sensuality and sexuality, Im a lady and even I can say this is beautiful! *and No, Im not gay* there is just nothing UGLY or pornographic about this piece, and if you have an eye for art, you can see it too. What Im saying is, some people just CANT see art... yet they have a deviantART account and call themselves "artists".

Hello, I love this one. Great lightning, the model has a beautiful shape, perfect simetry. I just don't get people that see this as porn, even more, I don't get people who want to see more to the image than is really there. Eh...I think you need to go find a dictionary and look up what the word pornography means. Also, I would look up the word art as well, since you obviously are incapable of telling the difference.

no, see this is where YOU come in. YOU are the one degrading the model in YOUR head because YOU obviously have a problem with women being depicted sexually. seriously, girls like you piss me off to no end. you're the first to accuse somebody of acting misogynist, yet interestingly enough you're the FIRST to degrade and judge both the model and the photographer when sexuality is concerned. i look at this, and as a woman, i dont find there to be anything misogynist about it. yeah, its a very sexual shoot. so, are women not to be seen in a sexual manner period? god forbid, lets go back to the times where ankles were risque since you it pisses poor little you off.
please, enlighten me since you seem to be the ultimate and almighty judge on what's art and what's not. do you consider the abuse of i see plenty of crap art on this site, but the difference between you and me is that i dont go around clicking at art i dont like and whining out loud about how i dont agree with it. cause guess what? unless on top of your amazing photography skills you also possess mind control, there is no way that you're gonna stop photography that *you* dont like. best way to not have deal with it is by not paying attention to it in the first place.

i'm sorry. i don't find this shot sexual. i don't find it attractive either.
the object of my attention is the picture as a whole. you can't say that if you make a picture of a wrotten corpse looking icky and the picture also looks icky, then you are not supposed to be surprised or say that it's icky cause you are degrading the model, in this case - the wrotten corpse. And you certainly can't say that if you take a picture of a woman and the picture of the woman looks ugly, then it's not your fault as a photographer and that any remarks about the picture are offending the model. This way, every photo won't be criticised from a negative point of view and everybody can be an aclaimed artist. But the IDEA behind my complaint was not at all about the beauty of the shapes, lighting or whatever, but about the beauty of the concept, which I strongly dismiss in the present case.
i have no problem with depicting woman's sexuality(I did that myself) or admiring it(look at my favs and you'll see one, I have a couple others on my hard drive). I, as a woman, am a sexual being and I take comfort in that and I am also very proud of it. I do not however like art-pieces that urge the dumb public to think stuff that ain't part of democracy or that cause waves of discrimination (against women).
It's women like you, who metaphorically **** **** that made/make the woman look inferior and be considered a sexual object instead of a sexual entity/being. The difference is quite HUGE. In the first case, the sexual thoughts and attitude belong to the person that exploits(eg. views) the features of the woman, in the second the thoughts and attitude belong to the woman.
And... about the phenomena you/I/whoever want ceased (at a general level)... I guess that avoiding action against murder/rape/genocide will lead to world peace, following your reasoning...lol
