This was going to be a re-draw of my Pokemon trainer with her full team → [link]But I was having troubles drawing the rest of the Pokemon, so this came to be.
Raikou became my ultimate favorite Pokemon with the release of SoulSilver. I had caught it and named it Rai, and ever since then I always have him in the first slot, so he walks with me everywhere I go~
