This is a character I have ALWAYS wanted to bring to life since last year but I just never ever bothered to draw him because I am a jerk like that to my supervillains. Anyways, here is a nemesis of my superhero Jollypop: this is Prince Glezli aka The Rat Robber.

To put it simple, he is a man raised by rats and he himself thinks he is one, eating crumbs with his brethren and crawling in the darkness of the sewers, fearing the "sun world" above as well as the human beings for they "murder us clean ones". His mother and father are the king and queen of the rats who took him in and named him the prince of their kind.
He asks his mother and father "Why do I look so different?" to which they answer "It is a birth defect, sweetie ^^" and he buys every inch of it

He has long claws, incredible speed, fake whiskers made of twine, and a long mechanical tail provided to him by another one of the villains in Jollypop's story (a crazed occultist named Adam Gothlette). O_O;

He is also VERY sensitive and, although he is about 35 years old, he could act like a curious little child when having to do with who he truly is.
He also takes care of three poor and ill humans that live in the sewer with him; a mother and her two little boys. He calls them the "Lost Ones" and they are the only humans he's okay with as are the rest of his "kind".

He's not really a VILLAIN villain, but he is rather... villainous. Call him an anti-hero, if you will. A very screwy one.

Before one of you mention this:
I get it. Back in the 90's there was this little thingy show or whatever at the end of Dexter's Laboratory called "The Justice Friends" and one of the episodes had to do with a weirdo in a rat costume running around in their drain system fixing their leaks.
I get it. I got it. I know what you are talking about. MOVING ON.

He wears burgundy red. Just noting that.
I think its about darn time I brought this guy into light. Its been a while.
