Oh my goodness, finally got this done! Haha, I went through a bit of trouble deciding how to color this image. First I started out with a darker atmosphere but it wasn't quite working so I decided to change up the background and this is what I came up with. It was a lot of fun to play around with the colors and lighting. xD So up in that middle ground is my character Phillip, in the foreground from left to right is 77th's Dragao, Albino's Angelique, and Pointy's Ayizie.Prince Phillip (Arcyng) belongs to me.
Dragao belongs to 77th.
Angelique belongs to Albino.
Ayizie belongs to Pointy.
Gelerts, Aisha, and Eyrie belong to Neopets.

omg i love the effort and design put into this!!! my eyes are drawn in by the sort of 'busyness' around Phillip, as he is clearly the center of attention, but the three characters in the foreground provide such a lovely boarder of sorts! the soft effect of the background is also a nice contrast to the sharper image of Phillip and the other characters, the background doesn't take away from the focus but it certainly adds life to the piece!

Squee! I know! I'm so proud of this piece, it was a lot of hard work. xD Goodness, I can't recall when last I put so much effort into a piece...probably one of my oil paintings. Haha. It was a lot of fun to do Phillip though. I played around with some unusual colors and went overboard with the sparklies.
Now that I've completed this work, I am unsure what to do next. I want to give 77th's X some attention but I don't know what I want to draw him doing. Any ideas?
By the way, have you been working on any pieces or has school kept you busy?

oooooh! you could play around with the idea, of X's journey to becoming a knight. Or draw a version of him when he does reach knighthood and what kind of armor/outfit he would wear *o*
alsfjasfa I'm much too busy with school, bc it's almost the end of the semester so I have tests/presentations/and papers to write for 6 different classes. ;w; but i only have 2-3 more weeks left of school AND THEN I'M FREEEEEEEEEEE

Hm, I just wish I could have a better feel for who X really is. xD I've been roleplaying with 77th but I need to give the plot a twist just to see how X will react. Playing around with his knighthood goal sounds like a good springboard to jump off of. Maybe I should do a piece for his knighting ceremony? Maybe he'll become the first knight of the new Evela? Thank you for the help Albino. ^^
Oh but I'm so looking forward to when you're done with your semester. xD I know you can get those tests and projects done. Which classes are these for?
