Description
I believe that this is my third deviation of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic character Rarity in human form. If you look closely I drew her with her trademark blue eye shadow. For a long time I've avoided depicting Rarity with blue eye shadow because personally I think blue eye shadow is tacky. But it came out better than I expected. I also depicted Rarity with black eye liner along her eyelids because I notice that any time Rarity cried these black streaks always streamed down her cheeks. I figured that Rarity would probably be wearing heavy mascara for those smudges to be on her cheeks. Hope you like it.
