Pleased with the results of the last change, the Rocket pushed it even further, turning Lillie into a near perfect reflection of Lusamine (who is currently out of commission). The effects took hold of her entirely involuntarily. When Lillie felt something strange encroaching on her thoughts, all she could think to do in her state was to ask Selene to save her like she had in the past.
"Hel-" It wouldn't matter anyway. For maybe the first time either of them could remember, she was completely powerless in this situation.
Lillie intended to resist in whatever way she could, but all it took was modifying her mind to pursue the changes intead of avoiding them for her to enjoy the scenario, accelerating its effects. With the process complete, the look of dizzy euphoria gave way to an expression Lillie had never worn before: a villainous and narcissistic smirk, pointed straight at her fellow captive. "You really should have behaved yourself."
Selene's heart dropped. She did not want to believe that what she thought was happening was really unfolding. She lacked the drive to fight any more. "Not this, no... Please don't you turn against me."
The operator assessed that she posed no further threat to the team, and released the restraints holding onto the subject.
