Yes that is indeed a dragon with tiger stripes.

I've reuploaded the completed drawing. I picked up a colourless burnisher and a blender today and I really like what you can do with them.

after having layed down the base colour for this I realized that I really should define a lightsource/direction before adding any colour.

There are some anatomical errors in here that I am not overly happy about, specifically the feet.

Any tips, tricks, or suggestions would be most helpful.
