This was made in Photoshop 7. Those tattoos took forever and I didn't even put a lot of detail in them. Pfft...
I think I'll end up putting some more detail in them and resubmit it properly. I had to put this together quickly as my friend had been waiting for it for quite some time.

i would say you have a sizable amount of ability if you're able to incorporate so many colors into a single good design.
