This is what I did for the final project in my digital graphic design class. We were working with vector art and Adobe Illustrator.Program used: Adobe Illustrator CS4.

Hmm, interesting change from a photo to a picture! How'd you do it?

Using the pencil tool in Illustrator. All you do is draw an area and then with the eyedropper too select a color in the outlined area. Fairly simple but time consuming for this complex of a picture. Took me around 6 or 7 hours to do it in total but it was the first time I've used Illustrator.
