You can use for free!

You are allowed to move my signature around to the place desired.

DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE! Unless you put it in the description.

DO NOT CLAIM AS YOUR OWN!

You are allowed to add whiskers, change the hair fur stuff, make the kitty fluffy, change it's mouth, and remove/ change the eyebrows.
You can change the shape of teh eyes if you want.

Also, Yes this is free, but if you could donate a tiny bit, one point would be great, I will make another base, bigger and better!
