from an alternate universe, as the the current universe version is currently oinking... took a wrong turn at Albuquerque and ended up on some mad scientists radar... now she ribbits the day away...
Of course having been properly conditioned to be a nice mind controlled froggy ... what better kind? 
Since I had model up from the piggy piece, and wanted a frog lady... I let the concept mix ... and presto... sort of a rapid piece don't normally work this fast but I've done some work along these lines test wise (never posted) so wasn't to bad... added a few frills to it like the tongue
Thats wet hair though I was going for more of a green cast it didn't want to cooperate to much

I've heard of the frog and the princess, but never was the frog the princess!
