So something I experimented with a couple of weeks ago but only shared on my Discord at the time. I took a mask that makes someone "faceless" though it is not perfect hence the collar. I used Daz3d to hide the mask around the mouthpiece ... and created a mouth piece that you saw for the dolls... and applied it here... some problems with the mask so going to try some other options but as a Proof of concept not bad and I may be able to still use this with a bit of finagling...
