Viki always wanted some adventure, but her life sucked right now. No job, fired from Bear Sterns after the morgage collapse. Her 401K worthless.

She spotted an ad in the newspaper looking for people who wanted adventure, change and the ability to travel the deep seas. This was just the ticket, she thought.

The ad promised $200 compensation for the trouble.

KirkeLABs was located on the waterfront in an impressive looking building.

After a brief interview she was told to wait in sparse looking room for a brief medical exam. A cheerful assitant guided her back to the room and gave Viki two hundred in cash. She was told to disrobe and lie down on the exam table. The door closed behind the assistant and it sounded like it was locked as the assistant left.

Viki was agast at the color selection of the room - a bright green hue.

She noticed a purple glow from a odd looking overhead lamp. The glow got brighter. A blue beam eminated from the center of the lens of the lamp. Viki's skin started to tingle and legs felt numb. What was going on her, Viki thought before passing out...
