Actually, that looks like a halfway decent day.. I normaly invision a much larger butcher kniff along with a needle the size of a harpon. lmao
I love the concept and contrast of the black on white and then white on black. It really makes the characters in the photograph pop out at ya. Plus the nurse or doctor crossing over into the poor victums space adds a kool dramatic twist. "You're gonna get it now!" It sorta looks like you had a hard time not laughing or smiling. I think you might have been having to much fun. lol
To sum it all up, AWESOMENESS! hehehehe

I was having a ton of fun and couldn't really control my laughter hence the big ole smile on my face even though a masked demon with a bloody butcher knife is about to stab me. and I agree! When I picture the doctors office I'm surrounded by thousands of needles and I'm about 3x smaller than I usually am and all of the doctors have huge eyes, looking down upon me giggling away as they are about to make me a fish.
I really enjoyed the contrasting colors, the photographer is great, thank you so much lovely!
