***Updated the theme******Changed the task bar, Start menu, Jump lists, and much more***
***I don't think the theme is ready to be downloaded yet but if people want it then I will put up a link so you can download the theme***

Replace the Desirez.theme and Desirez folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder
Replace the Explorer.exe in C:\Windows
Replace ExplorerFrame.dll and Shell32.dll in C:\Windows\System32
To install the font all you need to do is open the font and then click install
This theme is still in beta stages so you may find some bugs and if you do please let me know
This theme is for Windows 7 x86 it has not been tested on the Windows 7 x64 yet.
Other than that I hope you enjoy the theme

overall it looks ok, but I would make the task bar look like the black on the bottom of that window

Thanks for the comments, I've also changed a few things, let me know if you have any other ideas on how to make the theme better.

Overall, I like it. It seems elegant with smooth gradients and a nice choice of color in the blue. There are only two things I don't much like, and both are in the start panel. 1) The white gradient on the left shouldn't touch the icons. 2) Maybe it'd look better if you made the black of the icons transparent, as well.
Also, what do the jumplists look like?
