(Before I begin, I just realised this this picture is rather disturbing, when viewed through new eyes, so let me now inform you that the child is very much alive, and will soon be returned unharmed to his loving parents)King Bulblin and his troops were one of my favourite things about Twilight Princess, particularly when they managed to intrude so suddenly into Link's happy little village at the start of the game.
The two fights on the bridge were magnificent, even if I got knocked off far too many times before i got the hang of it. Sadly, this only added to my eventual disappointment when fighting him in person was a total pushover.
Oh well, I suppose you can't have everything...

When I first played the game and saw Colin tied unconscious with King Bulblin I thought he was dead at first. ;-;

I love this so much, fits nicely with the dark and grit of the game's art style. And I love that it's black and white. I am actually collecting fan work from Twilight Princess to include on m website for my Twilight Princess novel as chapter headers. My aim is to feature other passionate artists to my readers. This is an incredible picture and a little frightening too, King Bulblin was one of my favorite characters too, and I agree about the fights, the first fight on the Bridge of Eldin was a nightmare, it's really hard to get the hang of that fight, the second fight is easy and over in seconds if you are quick enough, and the on foot fights were fun but also disapointing.

Easily one of the most dramatic scenes in the whole game. When I saw the preview for the game, and I realized that there was the kid from the beginning tied to the staff, I literally shouted "Holy SHIT!"

Amazing, that's a good drawing, looks very much like Bulblin, you know I actually began to like this guy after that last fight, he's actually someone you can respect, especially since unlike Ganondorf, he excepts the fact that he's been bested.

Gorbad? There's an idea. I used to have an orc army myself, an edition or two ago. That would be a pretty cool picture, though drawing two characters on boars charging at one another would be hard to lay out as a picture. Maybe galloping side-by-side while trading blows? or just on foot? I'll need to puzzle this one out...

Well that depends really, have you ever heard of a game called Warhammer? Because there's a character in that game who is strikingly similar to King Bulbin, whose name is "Gorbad Ironclaw" and from the moment I laid eyes on Bulbin I imagined him and Gorbad charging headlong at eachother.
I unfortunately can't seem to find many good pictures of him around >.>
