Description
Two uploads in the same month? And in the same week, no less? What sorcery is this!?Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but I am currently incapable of performing witchcraft and instead have had a considerable amount of extra time on my hands, thanks to the current situation that we have all found ourselves in. But on the bright side, this has given those involved in 's personal Ben 10 Reboot more than enough time to return to the project in force! To my current knowledge, most, if not all the aliens from the original series will be involved, with a handful of aliens from the other series (even though I would like to state, for the record, that I truthfully like all of them). Those that aren't involved were discarded because of their poor designs or their overly mechanical feel, if I remember correctly (even though I like to personally believe that they all still exist both in the Reboot's universe and Omnitrix).
This here is the Omnitrix's airbending guru and Terraspin's replacement!
Onto the facts!
Name: Blowhard
Species: Xenorthrax
Home World: Mystralia/Hukumaylm
Powers/abilities: Blowhard's primary ability is siphoning large amounts of air through either his trunk-like snout or the bony vents on his back and create both powerful vacuums and turbulent winds exceeding speeds of up to 90 mph. He can generate winds in this manner by drawing in air through either his snout or the vents on his back in order to create a continuous flow of air with enough force to knock even large objects, such as a small building, or enormous foes, such as Dr. Animo's mutant rhinoceros, off their feet.
Xenorthrax have sharp claws on both their hands and feet that they use to keep themselves rooted in place when using their wind-related abilities. This prevents them from accidentally blasting themselves away or unintentionally pulling themselves in the wrong direction. Their claws also allow them to have a good grip while climbing and grant them significant digging capabilities. Their claws are also sharp enough to act as weapons, if necessary.
Blowhard has hearing that is better than a human's.
Because of the mountainous terrain they call home, Xenorthrax are able to tolerate temperatures and lower oxygen levels than humans can't.
Weaknesses: Blowhard is a little smaller than a ten-year old child and is just about as physically strong. He isn't very fast, strong, or durable for his size and can easily be beaten by opponents that are superior to him in strength; he is able to survive a blow that would otherwise land a human in the hospital, however.
Blowhard doesn't have very good eyesight and has vision that is weaker than a human's or eagle's.
If a Xenorthrax's trunk or all six of its vents are blocked, they won't be able to use their wind-related abilities to their full strength. If all of these are blocked, they won't be able to use them at all.
Because of the mountainous terrains they live in, Xenorthrax are incapable of speech. They communicate strictly through hand gestures, grunts, and elephant-like calls in order to be understood over the howling winds.
Etymology: Blowhard's name is a double entendre, referring to both an exceptionally talkative or boastful person and the fact that he needs to 'blow hard' in order to create his hurricane-force winds.
Trivia: The species' name is a portmanteau of the 'xeno', the Greek word for 'alien' and Xenarthra, the clade of animals to which anteaters belong to.
The species' home world is taken from the word "mistral", which is a synonym for wind.
Blowhard shares many similarities in design to the Aardvark character from The Ant and Aardvark cartoon shorts, including his large ears and his vaccum-like abilities.
Blowhard also resembles Finder from Lilo and Stitch: the Series.
Whenever Blowhard sneezes, he makes elephant-like noises.
Millions of years ago, Mystralia was a coastal world whose surface was primarily dominated by tropical seas. However, the planet underwent a mass extinction event that led to the global oceans draining into the extensive network of subterranean caverns beneath its surface, only accessible by large pools connected to the surface, commonly referred to as 'Blue Holes' for their color. This allowed the flora and fauna that were previously confined to the planet's small continents and island chains to flourish and rapidly adapt to the available ecological niches. Since then, the majority of the planet's surface is now covered in a patchwork of grasslands and forests, but has a number of mountain ranges and canyons cutting through the planet's crust. Mystralia is frequently subjected to powerful winds, which cause enormous clouds of cotton-like seeds and swarms of organisms reminiscent to wasps to sweep through the complex canyon system.
Living in the cold mountain ranges of their home world, where the temperature can reach a chilling 20 °F and the winds can easily reach up to speeds of 150 mph at their highest, the Xenorthrax have managed to build themselves a society on the cliffs of their mountain home by digging into the mountain itself. This allows them to avoid the worst that the wind has to offer and is one of the reasons they have poor eyesight in comparison to their sense of hearing. The second reason is because they aren't very picky eaters and thus have no reason to be accurate when searching for food. By stationing themselves on an assortment of balconies they've carved out of the rock, they can feed by using their powerful suction abilities to pull bits of organic matter towards their mouths, where they suck it up and digest it. Xenorthrax rely on hand gestures in order to communicate with one another at close range, with the position and shape of their snout to convey emotion or emphasis; they rely on loud calls in order to communicate over long distances, as the wailing winds would otherwise drown them out.
The Xenorthrax are strictly diurnal and rarely ever venture out into Mystralia's grasslands at night, lest they disappear. According to their mythos, the Blue Holes lead to the prison of a primordial, ancient evil that hibernates beneath the planet's surface, having been placed there by a hero of legend and from where it slowly begins to regain its strength. Any that venture too close to the ethereal glow of the Blue Holes are said to be taken by the water itself as it mysteriously forms itself into monstrous tentacles, snatching anything and anyone that strays too close down into its briny depths . . .
Unbeknownst to the Xenorthrax, they share their home world with another intelligence species, the Bathimobulids. Though they originally dominated the planet, the Xenorthrax came to rise to prominence in the wake of the mass extinction that struck their homeworld, much like how the mammals took over in the absence of the non-avian dinosaurs. The two species are practically unaware of each other's existence due to being active at times of the day, with the Xenorthrax being diurnal and the Bathimobulids being entirely nocturnal. This has unfortunately resulted in them being demonized by each other's respective cultures and considered little more than legends.

I understand what you mean, what I mean is that, since many digimon have powers that pass the absurd, I was wondering which one could add a Fan Made or an original one and at what level it would be, as the theme of digimon and the various species is confused i was just wondering which one could you choose

The name for Ben to give that particular form definitely sounds like there was quite an amusing conversation when Ben came up with it...
Ben: I got it! This form's called... BLOWHARD!
Kevin: Blowhard? Finally admitting that you are one, eh? HA!
Ben: Last I checked, you were the criminal when we were kids...
Gwen: Ugh, you're both blowhards! Now can we just focus on beating Vulkanus before he gets away?
Jokes aside, nice job with this one. Kinda looks like if Crash Bandicoot was suddenly turned into a mutated anteater. In any case, Ben probably shouldn't be in this form on his birthday when it's time to blow out the candles. Lol.

O.O
I kinda saw you guys talking about this on TWC's page (Saw his street sharks review and wanted to leave a little something).
Any way this is a very interesting alien here. It looks like a mix of a Aardvark,Elephant, and a Squirrel (oddly enough not a flying squirrel) like some kinda of membrane to assist in more precise flight. Im picturing it more going through the air like ARK's Gasbags. In any case you guys now have my interest on your guy's take on a reboot.

*sigh* How dare you!?
I kid, of course. I am a bit surprised though, since most people ignore comments that aren't their own, in my experience. But yeah, I would encourage you to take a look at TheWalrusClown's Ben 10 Reboot folder - it's got all his versions/the colored work for the series so far, which mostly consists of new aliens and the creatures that are a part of the Gwen mythos portion of the reboot (the idea being that, while Ben is the main focus of the series, Gwen should've had an equal amount of focus once her magic powers were unlocked and that the two of their respective worlds - that being aliens and magic, respectively - would occasionally overlap).
Blowhard probably could fly via jet propulsion if he wanted to, but he wouldn't have a way of safely landing or controlling where he goes. The idea is that Blowhard is suppose to be one of the 'useless' aliens that Ben receives, like how he initially reacted (and continued to react) to Grey Matter whenever he unintentionally turned into him. Speaking of the original aliens, I'm not sure if they'll remain as they are or if they'll get an update/slight redesign; either option honestly works for me.

Ah! But you forget. I have a bit of a sharp eye. For many details. Not just charcater details. I do like how their is an equal focus on Gwen as well and not just sideline her a bit like in omniverse.
That wouldnt be a comfortable landing.
