basically willowpaw was kinda a people pleaser so on her warrior assessment she climbed a tree to catch a mouse (she thought her mentor was watching and water to impress her) and when she kept down from the tree her claw snagged on a wasp nest. wasps started attacking her and she was left w/ a permanent scar.
