Description
I don't really know anything about Lieutenant Lightning other than what was in his picture description, but here goes:
There was some sort of heist going on and Lightning was called in to see what he could do to help. Upon entering the building under question, however, Lightning and his two escorts were caught in a small blast, covering them in soot and ash.
Deciding to take the elevator, they readied themselves for the unknown.
Lightning exited the elevator first, quite miffed by his encounter with the first floor blast.

Lieutenant Lightning belongs to as an OC.

P.s. I had fun with this and hope you don't mind the short bit in the description.
I felt that it needed a more descriptive piece for it since I made it more like a scene.
