They ran as fast as they could, their breath icy to their lungs. "Hurry up, Dipper! Find Something!" Yelled Mabel as she ran behind her twin brother. "I'm trying! You try reading a book while YOU'RE running from an evil snowman!" "RRAARRGHH!!!" Raged the snowman not far behind them. Dipper flipped to the next page, careful not to drop the book lest they should have to go back and get it, "Hang on, I think I got something!" "What is it?!" Mabel asked, glancing back at their pursuer. Dipper mumbled to himself as he skimmed the page, "Oh come Grunkle Ford!" "What's wrong?!" Mabel pressed, gripping Dipper's hand tighter as the snowman launched a snowball their way. Dipper let out an exasperated sigh, "He didn't finish writing down how to defeat it!" "Buuut?!?!" pressed Mabel. They needed a solution. And fast. Dipper added, "But I think I've got an idea! There was a sketch of Bill somewhere further back in the book with a snowman next to it! Let's head for the statue pronto!" The twins made sharp left as they changed directions. Not far back they heard a rather ungraceful clomping of packed snow in pursuit. His suspicions had better be right. Once they had arrived, Dipper yanked Mabel with him behind the statue and crouched down. And, as he had suspected, as soon as the snowman had laid eyes on the statue of Bill it turned tail and ran away like a coward. "Dipper, that was amazing! How'd you know?!" Mabel ogled at her brother in admiration. Dipper shrugged it off, "Remember what I said back there? About the sketches I saw? I made an assumption that Bill held some significance to the snowman. And if we've learned one thing it's that nobody likes Bill." Mabel play-punched Dippers arm and rolled her eyes with a smile growing from ear to ear, "Bro Bro how'd you get so smart?" Dipper cleared his throat, "I guess you could say it. . . runs in the family."
