He made YOU too dumb to quit!" -ScratchBased on their designs from the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog series, Scratch and Grounder are, to me at least, the quintessential henchmen for Robotnik, mainly due to their offbeat designs and sheer amount of abuse they take, yet come back from. Orbot and Cubot? Pfft. These guys have been long-overdue for their video game debut...maybe as mini-bosses or badniks.
