My entry for 's original L4D infected contest.

The 'Ankle Biter' came about from being attacked by a spitter and a witch. Being only around 8 or 9 years of age she's small and able to slide in on the survivors with a horde of common infected she tags around with.

A survivor can hear if she is near by the child like giggling she constantly does. Just before the horde attacks one can then hear her ask if you "Wanna play?".

I'll post the concepts I did for this a bit later.
