Description
When she goes to Ashford Academy to meet Suzaku at the school festival, Princess Euphemia li Britannia makes a surprising announcement. Wishing to live out the peaceful days she once had with her siblings Nunnally and Lelouch, she declares the establishment of the Special Administrative Zone of Japan for the Japanese people and to create a peace treaty to end the fighting between Britannia and the Black Knights.

The princess also calls on Zero, leader of the Black Knights, and Superman the Man of Steel to join her noble cause. Clark was very happy and proud of the Princess Euphemia for putting an end to that eternal senseless fight and he hopes that with that, people will no longer need Superman.

Kallen was surprised by this since this could be the opportunity for the Japanese to live in peace. And Suzaku was also very happy about his princess's decision but not everyone was happy with the idea of Princess Euphemia. Cornelia got very angry with her younger sister for making that kind of decision, Nina felt scared and betrayed by her best friend since she wants the British to live together with the Japanese and she was even more scared to hear that Euphemia wants the hero Superman, the monster that Nina is so afraid of that he joins her in her plan.

But the angriest of all of them was Lelouch because this may ruin his plans to take revenge against his father Emperor Charles for not having protected his mother better and for having banished him from Great Britain along with Nunnally when he and his little sister were small children and that also makes him very angry even more since the idea of Euphemia can ruin his plans to create the perfect world for Nunnally.
