I was bored so after watching Darqx's "Demon Fight" I made a flash in which Im showing how I animate step by step :3 So you can see how from the crap comes...crap xDD Yay!Informations not included in the flash:
-I animate frame by frame almost all my animations
-I use tweens only when they're necessary,to make line moves look smooth.
-I animate at 24fps,sometimes (but now very,very rarely) Im animating at 12fps.

Do you know where I could download or buy a flash program? I've been looking around and I don't really know.

I use Flash and ToonBoom, but if you want free software for beginners then look around on forums.

so you use colours on different layers than the outlines? if thats true then what do you do? do you drag the colour along with the outline?

I basically just have 2 layers.
I do the coloring in the same layer as the inking

i'm just wondering but what program or system or whatever do you use to but the animations together? I've been trying to figure it out for a while but I can't find any program to make my animations..

flash 8 proffesional.
I draw each animation (sketch and lineart) on different layers.And then I just color the lineart.
There's somewhere a similar program to flash but I don't remember the name right now.I shall reply when I find it.

Cool! For beginners this is really badly explained, but for intermedites at flash(like myself) it gives me a breif and interesting outlook on how to animate. I liked it! Personally i just think others might find it too simple :3

I don't see how you have the patience to do that.
I suck at Flash.
My MOST successful animation was like, 30 seconds. Barely moving. Only flashing. Took me a whole day. :'D I'm so proud.

patience?HA! I don't have patience.I was making "The Guest" about a month long because I didn't had patience to calmly take those program crushes (O_o) (there were more than 30 per day...) 3 times it just deleted all the scene (there are 13) and when I just though about that I'll have to do it all again over and over I was just shutting off the program and the computer to not to turn it on to the rest of the day.When I have to do something again it usually came out badly,because I just can't concentrate on the things Im doing and I still have the previous one in my mind.
