Unique Perks:
Count Them: This weapon deals reduced damage but instead inflicts a stacking mark on its target. Marks expire after 5 seconds if not renewed by another mark.
Time's Up: When this weapon applies a third mark to an enemy it triggers "Time's Up" dealing triple times the portion of reduced damage for each shot.
