The fear of my skill the ideas come easily and are supposedly brilliant but I can not execute them as my minds eye directs though my friends say I'm quite capable but every night I cry myself to sleep fearing what distorted messes my pencil and finger create... Thease are my greatest fears
Sometime the doubt from my own family in my abilities is fear enough to cause pain...

My worst fear: Totally losing my inspiration one day.
I gave up being good as a goal a long time ago, since I know I'll never be able to get to the level I want to (it's insanely high anyway).

Uhuh... buon vecchio fumo riparatore! xD In ogni caso, è stata un'ottima scelta cambiare, quest'idea è più semplice, ma mi sembra molto più efficace! -anche se, prima o poi, dovresti realizzare anche l'altra! Mi piaceva l'idea... e poi hai già buttato giù lo schizzo! è un peccato lasciarlo lì solo soletto! A___A-
In effetti, per quanto possa essere divertente, righettare puΓ² diventare esasperante!

My worst fear as an artist is that the inspiration will die. If there is no one left to admire the art, there is no inspiration therefore it will die. Artists have the uncanny ability to turn a blank canvas into an epic scenery of anything they please if given the incentive.

I used nibs and black ink ^^ (not sure if you call them nibs in english, the ones that are similar to fountain pens?)

absolutely love this piece. had to do a picture similar to this for an art studio elective i was in specifically focusing on pen and ink drawings. i really like your crosshatching style and the feeling that the image evokes. that really is how fear seems isnt it? very VERY nicely done!

My worst fear? That I will be caught in the middle of a bio hazardous material accident and develop a rare form of cancer or bacterial infection that will eat away at my hands causing them to be amputated to save my life and never be able to draw again. That and to find out someone came on dA stole my art and used it to become famous and make millions off of it.
Brilliant job on the hatching too. It's extremely well done and uniform considering all the mist and swirl designs around her.
