I hope this isn't too blinding... (；´･ω･`)Ugh, wings. I kinda took the fact that she has wings and ran with it, huh?
I did some things that I always wanted to do with this one, like the light overtaking the lineart from behind. I could never get that right, but I actually got it to work this time! 
I need to stop underestimating how long things will take. And I need to learn how to draw hair better...

I don't, but I do have this quick screencap I took of it that shows the main layers I used. Also, DigiKat04 has a wonderful one that's pretty similar to what I do.
As for brushes, I just used the basic ones that come with SAI (and one more for a certain part of the BG, but that could easily be substituted).
If you'd like I could take a few more screen caps of all the layers I used.

Oh thank you very much, its very much appreciated. I will try to learn from the tutorial you gave me. Is SaI generally a more used drawing tool then Photoshop? I know photoshop is mainly used for photography but use it for most of my drawings?

I know of many artists who only use Photoshop to do their art and illustrations with. While at the same time many others who only use SAI. And of course some who use both. The only real reason I don't use Photoshop is because I didn't know how to use it. X'D I do now, but I already fell in love with SAI.
SAI has the basic functions most digital programs have. Also it is better at blending colors together and a couple other functions, but Photoshop has everything else, to put it bluntly. The brush work you can achieve with SAI is much smoother, so some artists like to do their line art in SAI then transfer to Photoshop for the rest. For this also, many consider SAI to be better for painting.
I like to use SAI because it's simpler to work with.

Thank you so much for the detailed description. I will definitely have to look into Paint SAI a little more. I have it installed on my Mac but it doesn't seem to run all that well. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, it was very enlightening.
