"Persuade" isn't exactly the best word to use when talking about your own brother in this situation. But that could just be me.
To me, just the way Isabela makes it known she's Carlito's sister makes me think they're more then just "Close" siblings. It's creepy, but at the same time, kind of.... funny.
Even in the Promotional Video for Chop Till you Drop, they're shown Dancing together!!

Also, another thing I noticed about Carlito's and Isabella's rather close relationship is how hard Carlito tries when he is calling Isabella back over the intercom.
Seriously, he sounds like a spurned lover trying to get the love of his life back...
"Come back to me, Isabella!"
