This is adorable! Β I love that you used blue flames instead of the traditional orange-yellow; I remember seeing that in some of his pokedex entries, and was kind of disappointed nothing was ever done with that. Β (Until Mega Charizard, but I digress). Β I really like the shading on the eye, as well.
