this is my mum when she was younger....remind you of anyone? well it should. dave's mum came over (my not boyfriend *rolls eyes*) and saw the photo and said "that's a good photo of caroline." dave came over, looked at it and said "nah mum that's jane, caroline's mum." she looked at it awhile and said "well....good genes then."Related content

Yes I got to agree that the (pants) are strong in you're family! your lucky I have had some people say I look like my dad and others say that I look like my mom...But I think it depends on which one they meet first.. Now I would say I look more like mom than my dad.

well hopefully in 2 years when i graduate my mum brother and i are doing a round the world trip. When mum goes to florida to see her friend, little bro is going to texas to see his mate so maybe i could come over to see you in new jersey? could be fun.
awesome. we have to put him in the middle of a park or a round about or something. that would be so cool...not that i'm still a little childish or anything
yeah not so good reputation. loud, fat, obnoxious, arrogent, war monglers. you name it, you are. you're pretty globally hated right now...not so much as when the "war on terror" was started, but still pretty bad....sorry...

Yes I think that would be fun to see you when you come to the states.
Maybe when you come we could find a good place to put Jackson! But I think he would get dizzy in a roundabout!lol
WOW I guess how other country's feel about the US is not something that you are going to hear on the 6 o'clock news.
Not saying that we really have much right to be in this war. but I guess it comes down to the Deep pockets that we have here Not to many country's could afford what this war costs the US every day.
On the good side the same deep pockets are always open when some foreign country nees relief from a natural disaster. They always come knocking on our door.

unfortunatly you dont give that much...australia gave more money to New Orleans disaster zone then you guys did originally. it was only after global out rage that the US government wouldn't help their own that they topped what was globally donated.(and me personally, am appalled that new orleans hasnt been rebuilt yet, that such a large and powerful country cant find it in their budget to rebuild a beautiful and historic part of their country.$200 billion it was at last count.set aside a couple of billion a year.stop the war better yet and use that money to rebulid the communtiy and stablise the economy)
every country lies to their people. its how they believe they can protect us. just surf the net and talk to people from other countries to get different perspectives. it helps. like not every country loves Australians. that was a big shock to the system. balianese dislike most australians as they dont like how we treat them. unfortunatly most people forget that when you go to another country, yes you are there for a holiday/business trip/whatever you are also there as an ambassidor for your country.
truthfully america has no right to be in that war at all. yes they bombed you and that was a terrible terrible thing that was done, but america has always been invading and screwing up their country. Sudan Hussain was originally put in power by the american government as a puppet....how badly did that go again (ditto Vietnam btw.that was an illegal war) :s
anyway. i tend to like americans.especially you bear i think that you have a lot to offer the world.
and statistically if we look at all the wars around the world, Australia is the most aggressive invading country. we're so small so we help everyone else so that if we get invaded (and it can happen, we were bombed in WWII, most people forget that) we can rely on the people that we've helped to help us too. it sucks, but it is unfortunatly the way of the world. "i scratch your back, you scratch mine" kind of thing

Yes ill be the first to admit that our government really screwed up the New Orleans thing. I personally have mixed feelings about re building the place Just because of its location. Being build below sea leave or in a "soup bowl" as some call it. Was not the best place to build a whole city. Mothere nature likes nothing better than a challenge and I firmly believe that it will happen there again. It is like where I live on the east coast there are houses that are built very close to the sea or the bay and when a big storm comes along and destroys ther house our government gives them $$$ to rebuild a new house and what do the people do but puit another one up in the same spot. Then they want more $$$ from the govt. to do it again! How stupid can they be? I think they should change the policy in the govt to say ok yes we understand that it was a terrible thing that your home got destroyed and here is some money to help you fam re build in a different location. But if you choose to rebuild on the same place you R on your own if it happens again! It may sound cold but I believe that we got to draw the line somewhere!
Yes I agree that every country tells there people what they want to hear. As far as the war goes I think that we should have just gon in a delt with the people that flew the plains in to the WTC and then get out. But I guess that is one of the sort of the price we have to pay for being own of the most powerful nations in the world everyone expects you to be there whenever they need you.

I'm not sure I agree with your Obama comment...I guess tI'me will tell. But from what I saw of his speech last night im not to hopeful He was already saying things like "it may take more than one term to do what I said I would do in my campaign! In a nut shell he was being a typical polition and promise the world to the people that can put him in office..and once he is there does nothing or at least not what he said he would do!!! they should be held ACCOUNTIABLE!!!!! for what they say!
And people wonder Y I don't vote.

Yes My chiropractor was just saying the last time I was there that Politics and religion are 2 subjects that you have to be really carful with. Most of the time she will not bring up the subject unless she really knows the person. Problem a good safe move on her part. Not that she has any way out views on the subjects...But people can get really worked up over them.
