I am a terrible horrible explainer when it comes to tutorials and how-to's ;___; so please bear with me!
This has been requested a few times and also this is a tutorial I quickly batched together for some people (; ehehe
These little sparkly babies have been the secret of my pixel dolls looking so 'cute' and 'shiny' and I would like to share my techniques(?) with you now! It's really easy and super fun to do, but a little tedious as well! This isn't limited to just one color, it's limited to every color in the rainbow!
Have fun, and this isn't the only way to do it, there are probably many other ways as well, this is just how I do it!
Don't limit yourself to just creating pixel sparkles like this! Have fun and experiment!
I'll be making future pixeling tutorials like I promised! Please be patient! Tutorials tbh are a pain to make lol because I don't know how to explain it from my mind into words lol

I'm really sorry if the pixels are so hard to see, they're impossibly small and so it's hard for me to resize them for you to actually see lol, so if you need too, open the file in .sai or .ps or .gimp and view at 200% or 400%
