Grip: Fairly standard. Check out the L85, same grip setup.

And you mean the grip is physically uncomfortable? Like, awkward to hold? I guess this is personal preference, because it seems fine to me.

its ergonomically uncomfortable, they don't even design rifles with attachment rails behind the grip.
