The differing bass beats of three centuries and seven genres of musical expression pound through my veins simultaneously

I live for this feeling, an almost coding high, presumably induced by youtube videos and techno played through cheap speakers and people pouring their goddamned hearts out, each in their own way, just because they can't keep their joy contained.Β Β It's a fierce, cold, happy joy, which I hope everyone experiences, but something I believe is unique to those generations who have been lucky to experience the hivemind of the internet, because it's my way or GTFO

If you start separating the phrases out into verses, then you get a better idea of meter And then you can start tweaking the word choice.

I'll tell you the funniest final I ever took was in a studio course in college, we were supposed to write something about the future or the internet or something. I wrote a stupid poem, full of puns and double-entendre, about the digital life. I wonder if I still have that laying around somewhere.
