Parts of Riau Island Indonesia is considered as one of the world's poorest locations.
The villagers live in the simplest form. Hunger is nothing foreign to them... A treat of
candy makes the day of any children there. As poor as these ppl are, I can see that
they are far richer than the more fortunate in many ways...

Ahh... You're right in the respect, since riches really is gratefulness. What is wealth if everything that's truly good becomes the norm. It is like living under poor circumstances because the badness of something is all you focus and see.
