Gonyosoma oxycephalum.

The Red-Tailed Racer is quite a large, nonvenomous snake; named after its red tail, the overall body of the snake is of a gorgeously green colouration (though, grey and yellow phases are also known), helping it to camouflage and disappear within tropical foliage. This serpent is adapted to an arboreal life, spending its time almost completely on trees and preying on birds, eggs and even bats, which are effortlessly caught in mid-air (captive snakes, though, can be trained to feed on rodents).

This snake is known for having tracheal air sacs within its neck that can be inflated vertically for a defensive display. It also can be noted for having quite the characteristic way of slow tongue-flicking, with the two tips of the blue tongue being wide-spread (excellently demonstrated in this video: pythox.tumblr.com/post/1840356… ).
