What is my perfect world? What is yours? If you took both our ideas and looked at them side to side, they probably would look quite different.
In my perfect world, contrary to popular opinion, there would be war, but not silly bloodshed.
People would think of the possibilities and goals they will want to reach,
And they would see people for who they are, not what they are because frankly, labels are for soup cans.
People wouldn't care what people thought of them because of what they wore, each person would be nurtured to be who they want to be.
And people would always be able to eat,
Starvation wouldn't be known, epidemics would be rare,
Killing and drugs, what is that? There's a murder trial? Last time I saw one of those was when I was five.
In my perfect world, there would be music, all the way from classical to dubstep,
And people would read, they would care for their minds as they do their bodies,
But, people would never stare in the mirror in vain.
Families would actually get along with each other,
And would never disown a child or abuse each other for good measure,
People would read the classics, Jane Eyre and the wonderful Edgar Allan Poe,
And watch the opening night of the Opera that their daughter when she was little said she was going to be and now is finally performing in, following her dreams,
But, the thought of picking up that knife would not even exist in a person's mind.
In my perfect world, there would be libraries everywhere and no student would want to drop out of school,
And no bullies would be seen,
Society would accept the changing world,
But would not accept the hypocrites or the "leaders" who run from the obvious problems,
The nation would be prosperous, and the government would finally make sense,
And there would be no secrets being kept,
And debts would be paid,
And people would accept that some things in the world just happen, but it always gets better because no world is perfect, not even mine.
