First let me say, beautiful mockup! I got a question for you though.
The license in the zip file say's it is for personal use only. Is that for the resource only or does this include the use of the resource? Meaning, am I aloud to use this mockup to show off my business card designs on let's say my website, DeviantArt, Facebook, Pinterest etc., keeping in mind that this might lead to a sale of my business card template and would technically be advertising.

Thank you for downloading my business card mockup. Yes, you are allowed to use this mockup to display your business cards on your website, even if the business card is for sale.
The Personal License just means you can't make money from the PSD template itself (like giving it to a paying client as a product itself or as a resource to a product). Doing this would require a commercial license.
I hope that clears is up a bit.
