Joke aside, "Home" is a song that inspires me a lot. It even managed to make me cry. Because this song is so powerful ! It conveys so many emotions !
I'm very admirative about how Qrow was able to get himself out of the dark path he was on, and was brave enough to raise the daughter of his own sister.
For sure he has a great sense of "family" and even "friendship". This man deserves way better, and he shouldn't feel so defeated just because of his Semblance, or his dark past.
